A School Code is a specific alphanumeric identifier assigned to each school that partners with us. It serves as a key to unlock exclusive features and benefits tailored for your school community.

To exchange any product, you can go to your order section and click on the product you want to exchange, click on the exchange option and select the product you want to exchange it with, the difference amount for the new product will be available you can pay the difference amount to process the new order. if the exchange price is less than previous order refund will be initiated when the product has been returned, and the amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 working days
